DRS Connection Test

How to check if DRS is connecting to your remote OneWeigh computer. When you are trying to populate new names or discounts on a remote OneWeigh through DRS and they don’t populate on OneWeigh, follow these steps below to ensure you are connecting to the remote OneWeigh.

1.) Go to Utilities > Data Replication Services

2.) Select “Site Configuration”

3.) Select the site you want to check

4.) Click “Dataset”

5.) Click on the magnified glass by “Remote Dataset Number”

7.) If it returns without an error and displays the remote dataset number then you are connecting to OneWeigh. If it returns with an error, make sure the remote OneWeigh is turned on. If it returns with an error the says “Invalid User Login” double check to make sure you are logged into the server under the correct User ID/password.
