Overview
Use this job aid to display all types of invoices, including item invoices maintained in Inventory and settlements maintained in Commodity Accounting. The invoices may have originated in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Patronage, Point of Sale, Inventory, Agronomy, or Commodity Accounting.
To display invoices:
- From the Toolbar, click Accounts Receivable.
- From the Accounts Receivable menu, select Account Balance Inquiry.
- In the Name Id box, click Lookup or type * and press Enter, and then select the name id, or type the name id you want to inquire o .
- Click OK.
- Highlight the Location and then click Select.
- Select Display Invoices.
- In the Invoice Status box, type 0 for all invoices or type 1 to display all invoices or type 2 to display paid invoices or type 3 to display void invoices.
- In the Beginning and Ending box for Invoice Date, Shipment Date and Due Date, use the calendar button to add if applicable.
- Click OK.
- Select an invoice.
- Click OK or Cancel.
- Click Back.
