Nebraska Lien Holder Import (NEW)

Open the Lien Holder Import window

Go to: Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Routines > Cinch Grain > Lien Holder Import

State, includes NE as well as MN, ND and OK

3.

File to Import, Microsoft Excel (xlsx) file for NE

1. Vendor ID:  UIN (Column C) distinguish unique records

2. Item Number: COMMODITY CODE (Column A)

3. Lien Holder Name:  SECUREDPARTY NAME (Column K)

4. NE Import will not address the following:

   1. SSN – defaults to the Vendors SSN

   2. Fed ID/Employer ID Number - defaults to the Vendors Employer ID Number

   3. UCC Filing Number – defaults blank

   4. IFS No. (Column R)

5. Start Date will default to the import date.

6. End Date will default to 12/31/9999

Select an Item X-Ref Type which links the lien items being imported to CINCH items.

• Column A holds the Item X-Ref # for NE

Select a Vendor X-Ref Type which links the lien holder vendors being imported to CINCH vendors.

• Column C holds the Vendor X-Ref # for NE

Expiration Date will default to 12/31/9999 for NE and cannot be changed.

Click the Read File button.  The system will parse the lien file and display liens for existing CINCH Vendors.

8.

Click the Process button to finish the import of new liens and deletion of any liens marked for deletion.  The Imported liens will now exist in the Vendor Extensions Maintenance records for the CINCH Vendors.
