PMM - Contract application can apply to a different commodity code in the adapter (AGS-8523)

Benefits:

Maximize accuracy of contract quantity information in AGRIS. 

Summary:

• PMM needs to be able to cross reference a particular site/item pair with an AGRIS commodity/storage facility/bin triple so that a PMM manufacturing transaction for an item to be properly indexed to an AGRIS commodity in a particular storage facility/bin.

• Ability for PMM user to designate alternate contract items that will relieve the contract commodity available quantity in AGRIS.  This now enables use of the storage / bin management options. 

AGRIS/PMM Adapter

1. AGRIS / PMM adapter has been modified to evaluate PMM Bill of Material items (formula) against PMM Sales Contract alternate item list.  When a bill of materials item is found in the sales contract alternate item list the bill of materials item id is replaced with the original contract item id.
