Maximize security over payroll reports and check stubs so only those who are authorized can view such information.

Description

Now you have the ability to set-up Spooled Reports/Forms security levels for users. This will provide an extra level of security for viewing the Payroll reports and forms.

Set-up

Go to Customize > System Security > Select User(s) > Edit Security Levels > Type Y > Locate the following option and set up the appropriate User Level.

PAY	GENERAL OPTIONS	VIEW SPOOLED FORMS/REPORTS	NO (DEFAULT)

Usage

To view reports, go to Reports > Select Spooled Reports or Spooled Forms.
Click on Filter and limit to PAY to PAY package.
If the security level is set to Yes you will see the PAY package.

If the security level is set to No you will not see the Pay package.
