The AGRIS 10.3.2 release has added:



Support Office 365 Exchange to enable Email PDF to Me and Email forms and reports features. (AGR-54716)

These changes allow the user to email forms and reports through Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online.

MSSQL - Implementation of Transaction Rollback began in AGRIS 10.3.1 (issue AGR-52033) with the Microsoft SQL (MSSQL) database only.

Transaction Rollback allows a partially updated transaction to rollback previous updates when the transaction does not complete.  This prevents out-of-balance conditions and other partial updates of transactions during errors, timeouts, loss of power, and other abrupt endings to an AGRIS session.  With Transaction Rollback, inserts and updates are not committed to the database until all related inserts and updates are successful.

Transaction Rollback for the following transactions are included in 10.3.2.  

  • Accounts Payable Voucher Import (AGR-55550)
  • Commodity Freight Expenses (AGR-55325)
  • Accounts Receivable Invoice Import (AGR-55524)
  • Commodity Reverse Tickets (AGR-55393)
  • Accounts Receivable Payment Import (AGR-55673)
  • Commodity Void Settlements (AGR-55402)
  • Commodity Actual Weights & Grades Import (AGR-55458)
  • Inventory Reverse Invoice Entry (AGR-55440)
  • Commodity Apply From Storage (AGR-55311)
  • Inventory Delivery Ticket (AGR-55647)
  • Commodity Delivery Sheets (AGR-55644)
  • Name/Address Import (AGR-55333)

MSSQL - Ability to Export a dataset from a prior version (10.3.1 or greater) and Restore / Import that dataset to the current version (SYS-53982)

Simplify dataset management processes such as sending a dataset to a remote location, sharing a dataset with Cultura Support and archiving datasets.

MSSQL - System Security - Improvements Across All Datasets (AGR-55143)

These changes minimize administrative time when an employee joins or leaves your company, with the ability to add or delete that user in AGRIS across all datasets (rather than by going into each dataset one at a time). 

Users may be deleted from multiple SQL datasets at once. The user doing the delete can select the datasets and must have Delete security in any dataset selected. 

Note: For Deletes, a User Id in another dataset is considered the same user id as the current dataset when:

  • The User Id code is the same AND
  • Either the User Name is the same OR the network id is the same (not blank Network Id)

Similarly, Users may also copy a user to multiple SQL datasets at once.  The user doing the copy can select the datasets and must have Add security in any dataset selected.


(RAPIDS) - Notify the accounting system to print contracts (with signature) to a specific printer upon creation. (AGR-53411)

Merchandisers and or creators of contracts can now use the full power of AGRIS Graphical forms from the RAPIDS program when completing a contract.   As you create and sign contracts in RAPIDS the system now communicates with AGRIS to publish and or print the newly created contract with signature using AGRIS contract forms.  This provides you an easy way to ensure a consistent, standard way to communicate with your customers.
