Inventory Transfer - Add Remark to Export/Import (AGS-8893)

This improvement helps to maximize the ability to:

• capture and analyze transfer information. 
• capture and store remarks in AGRIS from the AGRIS Warehouse mobile app. 

Details:

Inventory Activity Import:

1. File Format

   3. Remark is a fifty character text field that will populate the Remark field on the Stock Transfer screen.
   4. There is only one remark allowed per transfer.  The last non-blank remark for a given transaction will be the one used to populate transfer remark in AGRIS.
2. The Transfer Remark field is the destination.

Inventory Activity Export

1. A Remark field is now included for Stock Transfer transactions in the standard Inventory Activity Export File and Spreadsheet.

2. The Remark field may be added to any text based report.
