RJO Hrvyst - New standard report to indicate the status of the integration. (AGS-14833)

Description

The new report shows transactions coming in and going out of AGRIS.

Setup

In AGRIS go to CFT > Communication Reports > Option 1: Print Advanced Reports > Select AGRIS / Hrvyst Hedge - Integration Recap.

Here is a sample of the Range Selection Criteria screen:

1. For Position and Rejection date fields, AGRIS will set the Beginning and End dates as the current day by default.

2. If you would like to filter in/out Locations, Commodity, or Name Id Type, simply select the beginning and end range for all options or individual ones. Options that are left blank will display all information.

3. By default these options will be set to N, which means only a summary report (with no details) will generate without location subtotal.

• Print Detail Transactions: If set to Y, AGRIS will print all transactions and their details for the selected Position and Rejection dates.

• Print Location Subtotals: If set to Y, AGRIS will show a Hedge subtotal for each location.

• Highlight Detail Lines: If set to Y, AGRIS will highlight in gray every other line on the report. This may help you visually separate each line from one another.

Usage

In AGRIS go to CFT > Communication Reports > Option 1: Print Advanced Reports > Select AGRIS / Hrvyst Hedge - Integration Recap > Click OK to print the report

If in option 3 everything is set to N, the report will look like this:

This report will show the total of all transactions.

Hedge Quantity: This column shows the total number of transactions and the total quantity (e.g., number of bushels).

Not Yet In CFT: This column shows the total number of transactions that have not made it to CFT yet.

Waiting In CFT: This column shows the total number of transactions that are in queue to be sent to the agent.

Delivered to DataHub: This column shows the total number of transactions that have made it to the DataHub.

If in option 3 everything is set to Y, the report will look like this:

This report will show you all of the transactions and their detail.

Hedge Quantity: This column shows the total quantity for each transaction (e.g., number of bushels).

Not Yet In CFT: This column shows the quantity of the transaction that has not made it to CFT yet.

Waiting In CFT: This column shows the quantity of the transaction that is in the queue to be sent to the agent.

Delivered to DataHub: This column shows the quantity of the transaction that made it to the DataHub.

From Hrvyst to AGRIS - this shows the last date and time that AGRIS received a contract from Hrvyst, along with the contract number.
