AGRIS Sales - Default to store in AttachToo
Problem
My Bookings, Sales Orders or Prepay do not store in AttachToo
Solution
There are two possible scenarios to review.
The default form is not set correctly for the organization or location.
The best way to address this is to set the default form to use for the organization (removing all default form preferences by location) Once complete create a new transaction and observe the results.
If it still does not save successfully proceed to step 2.
Review the default form configuration
Is certain situations the document may not have been configured to save to AttachToo.
Navigate to ACR or INV >Forms Manager>Form type impacted> and edit the form design
Confirm the following two screens are set with the following attributes.
Create an Additional copy in a folder (Should be D or B )
Additional Copy default printing options should be “yes”
Highlight important information in a panel like this one. To edit this panel's color or style, select one of the options in the menu.
