Basic 481 (Invalid Picture) encountered while attempting to launch AGRIS

 Problem

When launching Agris I receive error Basic 481 (Invalid Picture)

 Solution

  1. If encountering the error from a remote session then disconnect the user from the RDS Server

  2. If encountering from local install then rebooting Database Server will resolve.

  3. If rebooting does not resolve then contact support at +1 800-366-2474
