What is AGRIS Warehouse Pro?


Warehouse Pro provides your business with the tools to modernize and digitally transform key processes in your warehouse. While AGRIS Warehouse provides additional features beyond the base-level capabilities of the AGRIS warehouse system. Warehouse Pro features expand on the purpose-built agri-tech application to address many common tasks that users do today, optimizing these processes for today's fast-paced environment. Warehouse Pro is designed for your team to have “peace of mind” knowing that activity in the warehouse is captured quickly and effortlessly updating AGRIS using near real-time capabilities reducing needs for IT integration projects, synchronization tools or additional processes to ensure transactions are captured successfully.

This integration helps your business by enabling the following and more:

Pick tickets

  • If your location requires a paid invoice before the customer’s order is loaded from the warehouse. Warehouse Pro has you covered. The Pick Ticket feature requires the loader to scan the products in the warehouse before finishing loading the customer's vehicle. This ensures the right product and product size are loaded for products purchased or transferred to other locations.

  • Benefits:

    • Better checks and balances at the time of customer load out.

    • Lowers the risk related to one of the top reasons shrink occurs in the warehouse.

    • Provides a standard, repeatable process from a mobile device.

Order Processing and Scheduling steps explained:

Order Scheduling

  • Order shipping prioritization enables the order coordinator to quickly modify and prioritize orders to ensure customers get their products on time.

Order Staging

  • Creates a proactive vs reactive mindset within your warehouse teams by real-time visibility to all orders ready to ship with their staging priority.

    • Ensures customer orders have the right products are available and prepared for pickup or delivery to the customer.

Loading the truck

  • Enables “separation of duty” load checking before every shipment to reduce mistakes prior to leaving the warehouse.

    • Customer notifications can be automatically sent when the sales order is loaded.

Delivery

  • Empowers the driver to review and make adjustments to the delivery when needed when bulk products are being delivered or changes happen when speaking with the customer while dropping off the order.

    • Customer notifications can be automatically sent when an order is delivered including:

      • The electronic copy of the delivery ticket.

      • The signature if required

      • GPS location of where delivered

      • Picture of delivered product.

Transfers

  • Allows transfers between locations

    • Allows transfers between products in the same location (Bulk to totes, Separating a Box “box to jugs”, etc.)

Shipping destinations

  • Make future orders more successful by selecting the correct delivery location in Sales Pro.

    • Reduce the chances of delivering to the wrong location.

    • Increase awareness of where products were delivered (internally and externally)

Physical Count

  • Enables a digital process for successfully counting your current inventory using cycle counts and or formal locational counts of your inventory.

  • Supports multiple counts for the same item in the same AGRIS location to minimize complexity when counting.

  • Allows users to record where items are located for each item counted during the count to reduce the review time required when counts are reconciled

  • Supports selecting one or many devices during manager count review segments of a physical count to update AGRIS quicker and reduce the total time to complete a location’s physical count.

How does the integration work?

  1. Sales Orders are created in AGRIS or AGRIS Sales

  2. Orders appear and are scheduled in Warehouse Pro.

  3. The warehouse team starts to stage, load, and ship orders by priority

  4. Customers receive status updates as the orders move through their lifecycle of order to delivery.
