AttachToo - Subtype Security

As you consider what types of Sub types to use these are very important to consider. 

Subtypes can be used to protect and organize based on requirements. 

Examples include. 

Voucher subtypes

1. Bill of Lading 
2. Vendor Invoice

Name Address subtypes

1. General Attachments
2. Credit Applications 
3. Tax Exempt documents
4. W9 
5. Employee performance

Commodity Contract

1. Printed Contracts
2. Signed Contracts

Step-by-step guide to configuring AT2 subtypes

1. From the AGRIS main window Navigate to  Customize>System Security
2. Select the user to update
3. You will now be able to select the AttachToo Security Levels have been enabled for each user
   
4. Once open you can enable each user to the correct level of access  No access, View only or Add. 
   
   
   
   
5. Once you have configured access correctly. Save and exit security in the traditional way.
