How to store customer credit applications in AGRIS in a protected area.

When using the functionality of AGRIS document storage... There are ways to segregate and protect types of documents for each area.

A great example is Name Address to enable documents by sub-type. You would setup “potentially” the following subtypes

1) Misc documents

2) Tax Documents

3) Credit Info

Security could then be configured "open" for Misc documents, Limited for people who have rights for tax documents, and restricted further by employees who will have access to the Credit Info sub type…

By configuring your sub types this way, when an employee looks up the customer in name address, they would see and be able to access all three types but one type of customer (as example) would see but not be able to access Tax or Credit docs based on the security.
