Setting up Soil Texture

Overview

Use this job aid to create/modify new Soil Textures.  Use the soil textures for Farm/Field/Sub-Field setup.  AgroGuide will load a pre-load list of Soil Textures.

To setup Soil Textures:

1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide Menu, select General Setup, select Soil Texture.

3. In line 14, type in the Soil Texture Name.

4. Un-check the Is Active, to make the soil texture inactive.

5. Click Apply, to save changes and create a new Soil Texture.

6. Click OK, to save all changes in the Soil Textures.
