CFT CHS EDocs - Creating Voucher Import File - Setting item quantity for zero volume items. (AGS-1749)

Products (Items with assigned volume):

Products with assigned volume will have their import quantity set to gross gallons.

Zero Volume Items:

Zero volume items will have their import quantity set to, gross, net, or 1, as determined by the CFT Zero Volume configuration.  The gross or net value is assigned from the previously processed product with a gross value. 

Voucher Import Calculated Cost and Rounding

1. Import line items are loaded with a quantity and unit cost.  Item extended cost is calculated.
   
   
2. It is possible to have variances between the import extended cost and the invoice amounts.  Differences may occur due to the AGRIS Numeric Precision setting which ranges from 0 to 5 and CHS EDocs supplied numeric precision of 6.  The smaller the AGRIS numeric precision value is the larger the difference will be. 
   
   
3. The one exception is Zero Volume items when CFT Zero Volume configuration is set to 1.  Then the import and invoice amounts will agree.
   
   

CFT AGRIS Web Service (AgSync) - Formulation Auto Create Release - Removed validation when checking for a Valid RUP license to create the release.(AGS-2026)

Restricted use product license validation is disabled when generating a formulation/auto release that originated from AgSync.  The General Configuration form displays an RUP license requirement disabled note when Transaction Integration is set to AgSync.  RUP license agreement disabled note is also displayed under the Business Rules help documentation.

CFT AGRIS Web Service - Agworld Integration Available. (AGS-2190)

Access

Agworld integration is controlled through CFT Agworld extended option # 9.  Access will require issuance of a new AGRIS license file with CFT Agworld extended option turned on.

Configuration

When accessible, Agworld transaction integration appears as one of the available Transaction Server Queue output options.  If the Transaction Url is left blank, the default url will automatically be assigned to the configuration.  Automatic assignment applies to all defined transaction integrations.

Data Exchange Messages

Agworld configuration includes a set list of available data exchange messages for sharing information between AGRIS and Agworld. When creating a new Agworld integration configuration, each message will default with status set to active and processing interval set to two minutes.  Additionally, data extracts will default to an exchange size of 1000 documents.  These defaults also apply to all other defined transaction integrations.  However, when configuration's output option is set to Network Folder, only processing interval and exchange size default values are loaded.  Active status will default to inactive.
