New User Setup Check List

Here are some paths that should assist you when setting up a new user:
Setup User and Password:
You must be logged in as SA to change or create a user password.
Microsoft Dynamics GP>> Tools>> Setup>>System>>User
CINCH Posting Setting:
>>Additional >>User Extensions
CINCH Branch Access
>>Additional >>Branch Access
CINCH Trader Access:
>>Additional >>Trader Access
User Access to Companies:
Microsoft Dynamics GP>> Tools>> Setup>>System>>User Access
User access to Windows and Printed Reports:
Microsoft Dynamics GP>> Tools>> Setup>>System>>User Security
User access to fields within a window/ Password Protected Windows & Fields:
Microsoft Dynamics GP>> Tools>> Setup>>System>>Field Level Security

Once the user is setup, they will need to login and select the current branch (default branch):
Transactions>> CINCH Grain >> Current Branch
