Manual Weigh Button [Quick Tip]

You can add a Manual Weigh button to the Ticket Entry screen. A benefit to adding this is if your scale is having issues sending the data to the oneWeigh workstation.

 

  1. Navigate to One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > Interface > Scale

2. Check the “Show Manual Weigh Button” box. It will ask you to enter an “Access Code” in the box below.

We recommend keeping it simple ex: 1, 111, 123 etc.

 

3. Open ticket entry > select “Add” > select “Manual Weight”

 

4. You will be prompted to enter the access code you entered back in the scale interface.

 

5. Enter the weight and select “ok”.

This can be done for both inbound and outbound weights. It is important to note that oneWeigh will track tickets that have manual weights taken for transparency and record keeping.
