Copy Auto ID’s

You can copy an Auto ID. This might be useful if a customer requests a new card because they have misplaced their current one. Follow the steps below:

One > Auto-Id Maintenance. Select your ID Number and then hit “Copy.”

You will be prompted to input a new ID Number. Remember the new ID number is on the card you are giving them. This is also where you can change any of the other information that is associated with the card. Once done hit “Save/Exit”

This will close the Auto-Id screen. Reopen the Auto-Id Maintenance. One >Auto-Id Maintenance. You will see the original ID and the new copied ID listed.
