How to Add an Auto-ID While Creating a Ticket

 

 

  1. ONE > Ticket Entry

  2. Add > Input the customer name > Then click “More Options” in the bottom right > Click “Auto-ID Maint” in the bottom left.

  3. From the Auto-ID Maintenance screen > Click in the white space > Select “Add From Ticket”

  4. Edit the Auto-ID as needed > Save/Exit.
