Automatic ticket Application - allow to over-apply contract schedule (AGS-17820)

Reduce time and effort by automatically applying a bushel overage to a contract.

Description

Now you have the ability to automatically apply a bushel overage to a contract. The overage will no longer be put on hold with the new input option “O”.

Setup

When using the Automatic Ticket Application feature you will have two new input options to avoid an overage being put on hold:

O - Ok To Overapply: this option will overapply every time no matter the quantity remaining on the contract.

T - Overapply Only To Max Tolerance: this option will only overapply up to the set maximum tolerance.

Usage

1.

In AGRIS, go to GRN → Shipments → Apply Tickets → Automatic Applications → Provide appropriate info and click OK

2.

Provide more info and at the bottom of the screen one out of the two inputs.

O - Ok To Overapply: this option will overapply every time no matter the quantity.

T - Overapply Only To Max Tolerance: this option will only overapply up to the set maximum tolerance.

3.

Click OK to apply.
