Spooled Reports - Ability to select multiple reports and then print just those selected reports. (AGS-14760)
Benefits
Reduce time and effort to provide relevant information to applicable stakeholders, like location managers.
Maximize the flexibility to filter and print spooled reports by locations, identifiers, and descriptions.
Description
In the Spooled Reports, the system now has the ability for you to select multiple reports and print them all at the same time. This prevents you from having to print individual reports one-at-a-time.
The ability to filter reports has also been enhanced to display only the reports that start with a specific title.
For the remainder of this discussion, we will use the following example:
Many nightly reports are processed and placed into the Spooled Reports for multiple different locations throughout the company.
Some of the reports have a title that begins with the company location code, to specify that the report is for a specify company location.
Each morning, all of the reports are available in Spooled Reports.
The location employees will then print out a set of reports that are specific to their needs.
Enhancement A: you can now quickly filter the list of reports specifically for your location.
Enhancement B: you can now individually select multiple reports to view, print, and/or delete.
The examples below show these features in Spooled Reports.
Usage
