Inquiry

Audit Inquiry provides a view into the changes specified in the Audit Configuration screen.

Search Parameters

At minimum, the user must select one entity and one tenant. Multiple entities and tenants may be selected.

Filters

Filters are available for:

User - Enter the AGRIS user id. Must be exact. No wildcards.
Document Identifier - May only be used if a single entity is selected. Format must exactly match the Document column. An asterisk(*) may be used as a wildcard for any of the fields.
Time Period - Select from common time periods (last hour, day, week, or month)
Date/Time Range - Use the slider, type in, or select the date from the calendar widget.

Search Button

Click to initiate the search.

Results

The results grid will always show the entity, document identifier, date and time of change, and AGRIS user who made the change. If a single entity is selected it will also show the other monitored columns for that entity. The details grid will only contain rows (name, old value, new value) for properties that changed.
