Email - Ability to configure whether or not email attachments require a password when emailed from AGRIS (AGS-13187)

Maximize flexibility to secure distribution of PDFs to customers with or without password protection.

You are now able to email a password encrypted PDF Graphic Form or Report. This will provide extra security to your documents.

1.	Click on Maintenance and select Data Set Maintenance

2.	Select a Dataset for which you would like to have password encrypted reports.
3.	Click on Security Options

4.	Set to Y for encryption-protected PDF’s. Set to Y + Password for encryption and password-protected PDF’s . Set to N for no encryption and password protection for PDF’s.

5.	Click Save
Once you try to open an encrypted PDF file through your email, it should look something like this.
