Reports - Added ability to set and filter on favorite reports (AGS-12451)

Reduce time and effort to find and generate relevant reports.
Description
Now you have the ability to mark and quickly view your favorite reports within each reporting area of the system, but still have access to the full list of reports whenever necessary.
The examples below show this feature in Name/Address Reports, but the same capabilities are available in all report writer areas throughout the system.
Setup

1. | Go to NAM > Reports Manager > Name Address Reports > Print Name/Address Reports You should see a list of all reports.  |
2. | Click Favorites. A new column will appear, called Favorite.  |
3. | Double click each option that you want to mark as a Favorite report, an X should appear in the Favorite column for each selected report. Note: to un-favorite a report simply double click any favorite report and click Save. |
4. | After selecting all favorite reports, click Save. |
Usage

1. | Go to NAM > Reports Manager > Name Address Reports > Print Name/Address Reports If favorite reports are set up, the main page will only display your Favorite reports. |
2. | Click Reports to only view reports. (This list will also include Favorites if any were selected) |
3. | Click Exports to only view export reports. (This list will also include Favorites if any were selected) |
4. | Click Spreadsheets to only view spreadsheet reports. (This list will also include Favorites if any were selected) Be aware that once you create Favorites, the only way to see all Report, Exports and Spreadsheets on one screen will be to remove your Favorites. |
