Configure your Hedge position monitor as a Widget

With the release of 22.1 the dashboard experience has been modified. One key feature is “where did my hedge position monitor go?” The steps below provide you the information needed to modernize and update your hedge position monitor. By using the updated “widget” approach, your company is no longer restricted to one look and options to expand and improve to meet company objectives is easier than ever due to the “widget” can be customized.

 Instructions

Steps to enable the Hedge Position Monitor widget:

1. Select GRN>Report Manager>Hedge Position Reports

2. Then select the print option for standard reports. (remember you can now copy the standard to further modify its look and feel as needed after enabling the standard)

3. Select Favorites

4. Select any report that has a “W” enabled - this identifies that a widget is available.

5. If the design meets your requirement then use the “select” button to subscribe to the widget.

   1. Highlight a report and double-click it or click the select button. This menu will be displayed allowing the user to choose the desired option.

      • Not A Favorite - clears the selection

      • Favorite (F) - report designated as a favorite - existing functionality

      • Dashboard Favorite (D) - report placed in the favorite grid on the dashboard

      • Dashboard Widget (W) - report widget generated and displayed on the dashboard

      The favorite column will display the appropriate single-character designator. Reports that generate files may not be designated as a dashboard widget.

6. Your Widget is now added to the desktop.
