NEW Bulk Transfer Entry - Grade Ticket Print Option (CINCH 18.5)

The Bulk Transfer Entry window has been enhanced to include the option of printing either a scale ticket, grade ticket or both.

Changes to Bulk Transfer User Setup

A new setting has been added to the Bulk Transfer User Setup window to default printing options.

1. Open Bulk Transfer User Setup

(Microsoft Dynamics GP>>Tools >> Setup >> CINCH Grain >> Bulk Transfer User Setup)

2. Select a Print Option that will default on the Bulk Transfer Entry window for the designated user. The Available options are:

a. Grade – Only the Grade Ticket will print.

b. Scale – Only the Scale Ticket will print.

c. Both – Both the Grade and Scale Tickets will print.

Changes to Bulk Transfer Entry

NEW print options have been added to the Bulk Transfer Entry window.

1. Open Bulk Transfer Entry

(Transactions >> CINCH Grain >> Bulk Transfer Entry)

2. Choose a report print option.

a. Transfers tickets can be printed either to the printer or the screen based on whether the Printer &/or Screen checkboxes are checked or not checked.

b. Use the radio buttons: Grade/Scale/Both, to select the type of report to print.

Note: The default radio button selection can be set in Bulk Transfer User Setup.
