Migrate old ActiveReports v2 to ActiveReports 13 (AGS-26672)

Benefits

This project allows users to track report/form usage. This information makes the process of maintaining their reports/forms more efficient as they can identify old, outdated, or unused forms quickly so they can be removed from AGRIS.

Description

Report/Form Selection Grids

There is now a button titled “Show Usage” on all of the reports/forms selection screens. Clicking on this button will add additional columns to the grid with information about the report/form usage. The button will be renamed “Hide Usage” when these columns are visible.

Utilities > Diagnostics > Update Report Usage

There is a new button titled “Update Report Usage” available on the Diagnostics screen. When this button is clicked, it will go through the Agris Activity Log and extract the historical data that it can use to populate the additional fields in the reports grids. Not all the data is present but what is found will be collected. This process only needs to be run once. If the button is clicked a second time, the user will be notified that it has already been run.
