Selecting a Client from the AgroGuide Tree Window

Overview

Use this job aid to select a Client from within the AgroGuide Tree Window.

To select a client:

1. From the Toolbar select AGY for AgroGuide.

2. From the AgroGuide  menu, select AgroGuide.

3. To select a client on the AgroGuide Tree window, type the name of the client in the Client box, or click Lookup  to access a list of clients in Name/Address. From the drop-down list, select the client.

4. The client, and any farms associated with that client are displayed in the left pane of the AgroGuide Tree window. Select a farm entity to expand the tree to show fields associated with the selected farm. Select a field entity to show subfields associated with the selected field.

5. The Client frame is displayed when the client is selected from the entity tree. Basic client information, including the client Identifier, Name, Price Level, and Price Schedule are displayed. Client information cannot be updated on this window. Use Name/Address for editing client information.
