Accounts Receivable (ACR)

Ability to select and reclassify Multiple Item Specific Prepays

 

  • Simplify effort to reclassify Prepayments for Inventory Items to other items when the original item is no longer needed or available.

  • Reduce effort and time to understand positions at the Inventory Item level.

AgroGuide (AGY)

Mapping - Simplify the process of editing / modifying boundaries and managing attachments.

Improve efficiency to modify farm, field and crop zone boundaries and manage attachments.

Custom File Translation (CFT)

Repete* - Automatic integration optimization

Feed mill automation using Repete is further optimized with this release. Changes have been added to automatically update the Sales and or Manufacturing Order to indicate the order was successfully sent to the Repete System. This process change reduces report stream management and reduces 2 steps in processing, thus reducing failure points when automatically processing

Commodity (GRN)

Cross Country Trading Print button

Minimize time to understand and share status and profitability of a trade.

oneWeigh (ONE)

Usability and communication improvements, including better binSight, Message Board and Signature Pad integration

  • Simplify and improve efficiency of scale operations.

  • Reduce effort to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

Payroll (PAY)

2016 W-2 Reporting - adopted new Filing Forms W-2c Electronically (EFW2C) format for re-submitting corrected W-2s

The Social Security Administration now requires electronic re-submissions to contain the original information and the changed information. This change maximizes the ability to comply with the Federal regulatory filing requirements when W-2 corrections are necessary.

Installation Improvements

  • Simplify and streamline the installation routine.

  • Improve the integrity and reliability of the installation process.

WANT MORE NEWS YOU CAN USE?

  • The ability to run the AGRIS system on the Microsoft SQL Server database is a reality!  Interested in migrating to the Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) database engine in a phased manner?  Click HERE to learn more. 

  • Testing and support of the AGRIS system on the PSQL v11 database engine ended July 1, 2016.  Support of the AGRIS Product Suite running on Windows Server 2003, Windows XP and PSQL v10 ended on July 14, 2015. Please contact your Account Manager (or call 800-393-0075 or email info@culturatech.com) to discuss your database upgrade options.  

  • Maintenance and support for AGRIS V9.6.0 ended December 31, 2016.

  • The next AGRIS release is scheduled for mid-July, 2017.
