Statements Not Appearing or Displaying

The first thing you should do is make sure AGRIS is on at least 19.3.0.3 before continuing to troubleshoot.

1. If statements are not showing up in MyGrower at all

   1. Are they spooled?

      1. This needs to be visually verified in AGRIS

2. If you can see the statements in MyGrower but unable to open them

   1. Check to make sure pop-up blocker is off or disabled for MyGrower

   2. Is the Statement a Graphic form?

      1. Visually verify, this needs to be graphic and spooled in order to work in MyGrower.
