OneWeigh Error: Workstation [number] is NOT Available

OneWeigh Error: Workstation [number] is NOT Available

 

This error is usually caused because of a setup issue within OneWeigh. Typically, this error occurs after a PC swap, or an upgrade and the correct settings were not input correctly. Be sure to validate the following settings:

  1. ONE > Setup Information > Workstation Information

  2. Ticket Filters > Make sure a valid workstation is set for the destination workstation > Save/Exit.

If the workstation that is set for the destination station is invalid, unavailable, or doesn’t exist it will cause this error to populate.
