Ticket Recovery [Quick Tip]
Ticket Recovery-Ability to Easily Regenerate and Re-Send Ticket Information
Benefit
Minimize the effort to re-send ticket information. (Need to be on AGRIS version 21.1 or newer.)
Description
Ticket Recovery is designed to recover lost tickets and to send them to a designated location on your computer.
Usage
On the oneWeigh that is finishing the tickets open AGRIS and navigate to ONE > Ticket Recovery.
Ticket Recovery might be locked as it is based on the user’s security level. The security level can be changed under Customize > System Security > and Select the user ID.
Opening Ticket Recovery will bring you to the following screen:
Ticket Search Range
Ticket Date - is referencing the ticket tare date. The default ticket search range date and time will recover all the tickets from the current day (computer time).
Location - is a dropdown list of the locations found in the workstation. However, the beginning and ending location defaults to the current location of the workstation.
Ticket Export Type
AGRIS export file (flat file): is a flat file that is sent over the Communicator, containing the tickets for recovery.
AGRIS export file (XML): creates an XML document of the ticket, for each ticket recovered in the folder path chosen by you.
AGRIS Ticket Post: Opens the Communicator and will start to post tickets to Agris
Alternate Destination Machine: creates an XML document of the ticket, for each ticket selected to be recovered. Then, they are sent to the Communicator, which sends the tickets over the server designated in the Communicator settings.
Click “Recover Ticket(s)” once you have entered your Ticket Recovery information.
The system will generate the tickets from the Recovery Ticket information that was entered.
Select “Recover Ticket(s)” to generate a file that can be exported.
