Setting Document Numbers to Allow Numbers and Letters for Direct Ticket Entry

1. Go to GRN>Setup Information>Ticket Information

2. We recommend Setting Inbound and outbound control range to 3 and 4

3. Click on next 2 times and then OK

4. Go to Customize > Document Numbers > Inbound Control Ticket

5. Allow Unique Range for Each location? Enter Y to set by location

6. Enter Location, last number used as 0000000, lowest number allowed as 0000001, and highest number allowed as Z999999

7. Click OK

8. Allow Unique Range for Each location? Enter N to not set by location

9. Enter last number used as 0000000, lowest number allowed as 0000001, and highest number allowed as Z999999

10. Click OK

Follow the same steps as above for Outbound Control Ticket
