Setting Document Numbers to Allow Numbers and Letters for Direct Ticket Entry

Go to GRN>Setup Information>Ticket Information

We recommend Setting Inbound and outbound control range to 3 and 4

Click on next 2 times and then ok

Open

Go to Customize>Document Numbers>Inbound Control Ticket

Open

Allow Unique Range for Each location? Enter Y to set by location

Enter Location

Enter last number used -0000000

Lowest number used-0000001

Highest number used -Z999999

Click on ok

Allow Unique Range for Each location? Enter N to not set by location

Enter last number used -0000000

Lowest number used-0000001

Highest number used -Z999999

Click on ok

Follow the same steps as above for Outbound Control Ticket
