Days to Retain Reporting History
Inside the ONE Package there is a setting that allows you set how long to Retain Reporting History.
The reports you run from ONE -> Report Manager -> Advanced Reports (Ticket time summary, ticket list, etc) run from the pending ticket file and the data stores there based on the value typed into the Days to Retain field.
To adjust the number of days go to One > Setup Information > Workstation Information > Processing Options 1. You can set it as high as 999 days.
