Adding and Controlling Ticket Numbers With Transportation Modes

Transportation modes can be used to control:

• Document numbers

• Forms in the Forms Default Router

• Output files

To configure new transportation mode:

1. Navigate to the Main Agris Screen

2. Select GRN
   
   

   Open

   

3. Then go to Setup Information>Transportation Modes
   
   

   Open

   

    

4. Select an available position
   
   

5. Fill in a Mode and Description
   
   

6. Answer “Y” if a Unique Ticket Number Range is desired – ie – if you want a certain series of ticket numbers to be used.

7. Press “Next”

10.   “Next” on the following screen

11.   “Ok” on the third screen

12.   And then “Back”

Unique Ticket Ranges Setup

1. From the Main Agris Screen Select Customize
   
   

2. Select Document Numbers
   
   

3. Select Inbound Ticket by Mode
   
   

4. If you don’t want the weighmaster to be able to change the ticket number put a N in allowability to enter number. Hit Ok.
   
   

5. Select the desired Transportation Mode and hit ok

6. Changed the Last Number Used so that the next number printed is the one desired. If this is a new range, put last number used as a 0 then it will begin with 1.
   Change the Lowest and Highest number allowed to fit the desired range.
   
   

    

7. Click “Ok”
   
   

8. When you have all of your ticket modes entered Click “Cancel”
   
   

    

9. Click “Back” to get back to the Main Agris Screen
