AGRIS Customer Documentation

Ticket Recovery-Ability to Easily Regenerate and Re-Send Ticket Information (AGS-13636)

Benefit

Minimize the effort to re-send ticket information.

Description

Ticket Recovery is designed to recover lost tickets and to send them to a designated location on your computer.

Usage

In AGRIS go to ONE > Ticket Recovery.

Note: Ticket Recovery might be locked as it is based on the user’s security level. The security level can be changed under Customize > System Security > and Select the user ID.

Opening Ticket Recovery will bring you to the following screen.

Ticket Search Range

1. Ticket Date - is referencing the ticket tare date. The default ticket search range date and time will recover all the tickets from the current day (computer time).

2. Location - is a dropdown list of the locations found in the workstation. However, the beginning and ending location defaults to the current location of the workstation.

Ticket Export Type

1. AGRIS export file (flat file): is a flat file that is sent over the Communicator, containing the tickets for recovery.

2. AGRIS export file (XML): creates an XML document of the ticket, for each ticket recovered in the folder path chosen by you.

3. Alternate Destination Machine: creates an XML document of the ticket, for each ticket selected to be recovered. Then, they are sent to the Communicator, which sends the tickets over the server designated in the Communicator settings.

4. oneView History: creates a list of JSON ticket objects for each ticket selected to be recovered. The list is then put into a file, then sent through the Communicator where it is uploaded to the oneView Cloud Storage.

Things to Consider for Ticket Search Range

If Ticket Recovery search finds over one thousand tickets, a popup will alert you to refine the search requirements before recovering that many tickets.

If Ticket Recovery search finds no tickets you will receive the following popup, asking you to expand the search criteria and try again.

After filling out the Ticket Search Range requirements and choosing a Ticket Export Type, clicking the “Recover Ticket(s)”.

The following screens display all the tickets from the selected Ticket Search Range. By clicking the “Recover Ticket(s)” all tickets will be recovered. If you want to only print a single or a few tickets from the list, back out to the Ticket Search Range and enter in more specific filter information.

If AGRIS export file (flat file) is selected

The Ticket Export File Path will only use a default file name if they are using Advanced Reports. Otherwise, the file path will be left empty for you to choose.

If AGRIS export file (XML) is selected

The XML Ticket Export Type variation has the Ticket Export Folder Path to choose where to save the XML ticket document(s).

If Alternate Destination Machine & oneView History is selected

Both the Alternate Destination Machine and the oneView History Ticket Export types have no option to choose where the tickets are sent to recover as that is determined by the Communicator settings.

After selecting the Ticket Export Type that suits you go ahead and click Recover Ticket(s) button. Depending on the Ticket Export Type selected, different popups will appear.

Flat File, Alternate Destination Machine or oneView History

XML Export

When the tickets are successfully sent to recover over the communicator, this is what a flat file post will look like.
