Provide the flexibility to complete a ticket by canceling the requirement of a license scan when there is an issue with a missing or damaged license.

Setup and Configuration

Ability to Cancel Driver’s License Scan

Navigation: ONE, Setup Information, Workstation Information, “Forms” button, “Form Default Router” button.

Add or Edit existing Form Router Settings.

Open

Select the appropriate reader from the “Prompt For Drvr Lic” dropdown.

Open

Now the user will be able to Cancel the Driver’s License Scan and Complete the Ticket.
