Restart AGRIS Agent Web Services Agent (Agent is unresponsive)

If the agent service on the server goes down, the following products cannot communicate with Agris and will not work:

Agris Sales, App Agris Warehouse App, Agris Sales Review, Esign, MyGrower, and GDH.
