Adding a Signature to a Graphic Check Form

Adding a Signature to a Graphic Check Form

 

First, in Windows Paint, sign your signature on the paint pad using your mouse. Then drag the edges to crop the signature to remove extra white space. Go to File > Save As and save your signature as a JPEG file.

 

In AGRIS,

  1. Go to ACP > Forms Manager > Choose the type of check form you are wanting to add the signature to

  2. Choose your Form

  3. Hit OK and Next until the graphic report writer launches

  1. Choose Insert > Image

  2. Click into the white space on the form to insert the image box

  3. Choose Property Dialog

  4. Choose the image of your signature

  5. On the right menu, from the drop down of the Layout option SizeMode, choose the Zoom option to format your signature image

  6. Drag the signature to where you want it to display on your checks

  7. Save the form
