How to Add a New Contract/Remark Type on Customer Information

  1. Navigate to: Nam > Setup Information > Contact/Remark Types

This example is adding Credit Application.

2. Enter a code that you would like to use for Credit Application > Select the “OK” button

3. Enter the following information:

  • Description

  • Contact Category

  • Hierarchy Sequence

Hierarchy Sequence is just a number that tell the system what order to display the information on the screen

4. Once all necessary information is entered, Select the “Save/Exit” button

5. Confirm that your newly created field now appears in the contact information
