Self Check-In – Ability for an operator to manually send Finish Message to release Hold

This new feature allows for an operator to manually hold and release a truck when auto triggers are not available.

There is a new “Hold Message” type called “Manual”.

Once Self Check-In is on the Manual Hold, the “Send Finish” button will appear in Ticket Entry. The “Send Finish” button flashes red to alert the user.

Once the “Send Finish” button is clicked, the “Manual” Hold is released and the “Send Finish” button disappears. Also, the user can select the ticket in the grid and use the keyboard shortcut “alt+h” instead of clicking the “Send Finish” button.
