Contract Import-Ability to move the entire quantity on a schedule back to the original schedule where it came from (AGS-23837)

Provides user the option to move entire quantity on a schedule back to the original schedule where is came from via contract import.

Description

The user is now able to move the entire schedule quantity back to the original schedule where is came from. To do so, import file will contain a single GRNC1 import record identifying the schedule the schedule to move back to its original schedule. The record contains a negative quantity surrounded by square brackets, “[]”. Import validation does not allow moving back partial schedule quantity, and quantities on cancelled or settled schedules. The schedule to move back must also reference a valid unsettled original schedule.
