Reprice/Split a portion of a schedule that has already been partially settled, and move the applied portion first that has not yet been settled (AGS-23829)

Provides user the option to reprice/split a portion of a schedule that has already been partially settled via contract import.

Description

Contract import has been enhanced to support repricing/splitting a portion of a schedule that has already been partially settled. Split process will move unsettled delivery sheets to the new schedule first, followed by tickets, and then unapplied quantity. Enhancement requires no change to import record. Continue to use two GRNC1 import records with quantity surrounded by parenthesis, “()”. First record identifies the from schedule with a negative quantity value. Second record contains the matching positive value with no assigned schedule. Import validation does not allow splitting cancelled or completely settled schedules, different negative and positive quantities, and splitting more than quantity available.
