Ability to set Default for Update Position on adjust Weight and Grades (AGS-23047)

Allows user to designate default commodity position update option when adjusting weights and grades.

Description

Two new columns have been added to Transportation Mode setup screen. One for Inbound Adjust Position and the other for Outbound Adjust Position. Column value determines if commodity position is updated when adjusting weights and grades. Column value may be blank, “Y”, or “N”. A blank value is interpreted as “Y”. Inbound and Outbound Adjust Position settings apply to both ticket entry/maintenance and ticket import. For Direct Haul and Freight Only Tickets the setting will always be “N”.
