ConnectWise for Remote Support

Greenstone is transitioning from WebEx to ConnectWise for Remote Support.

 

What does this mean for you?

While on a call with a Greenstone Support Representative, they will ask you to share your screen by selecting this link https://greenstonesupport.screenconnect.com/.

 

They will provide a unique code for you to enter.

 

What do you need to do now?

In most cases, ConnectWise’s ScreenConnect feature is blocked by firewalls. Prior to submitting a case, work with your System Administrator/IT to ensure ScreenConnect is not blocked by your firewall.

 

Port 443 will need to be open:
