How to Join a Screen Connect Session

In this article, we will detail how a customer can join a AGRIS support representative’s session.

 Instructions

  1. Browse out to (Greenstonesupport.screenconnect.com)

  1. At the “Welcome Join with Code” screen, an AGRIS representative will give a code to join the session. Then press the green arrow.

  1. A pop up saying “Join Session” will appear. Asking to save and open a downloaded file. The downloaded file will either stay in your web browser or go to your downloads folder.

  1. Right click and open the file. If you do not see the file in your web browser, click on the green link at the bottom of the pop up “try next available option”

  1. After the downloaded file is complete there will be two boxes indicating an Agris representative is remoted in.

  1. After the session is complete there will be a pop up on the screen saying “Your host has ended the remote session”
