Exporting Existing Email Addresses and Importing Back in to Add SIG Email Addresses for eSign

Determine which remark holds current email addresses that you want to export and duplicate to the SIG remark in NAM > Name Address Maintenance > View/Edit Name ID > 1. Contact Information
2. My email addresses are currently in the EML remark. I want to take these email addresses and populate the SIG remark with them
In NAM > Report Manager > Standard Reports, run the #15 Name Address Export Spreadsheet with filters on it to only print names matching the EML remark:
1. On the additional options screen, say Yes to print contact information / remarks and No to print product licenses, relationships, and show where used information, then select OK
  2. Filter to contact/remark type EML to EML, then say Yes to include only name IDs that match this range criteria. This will only print names that have an email address in the EML remark
  3. Run the spreadsheet report
Once the spreadsheet opens, highlight column C. Find and replace EML with SIG.
Highlight Column AT: find and replace the 40 N's with the 40 N's but the 13th being an A:
2. Note: there are also 40 N's in AS, we want to edit AT!
3. Using the A for Add will ADD the SIG remark in addition to your other remarks already defined. Do not forget this step, make sure it is an A.

**This name address report and criteria follows the name address file layout found in Maintenance > File Layouts for Import > NAM Name Address**

Then use your normal CSV import procedures to bring back into AGRIS. Please test first in a copy dataset to make sure it works as anticipated.
MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF YOUR FILE BEFORE DOING ANY IMPORTS
1. AGRIS will eat the file when you import it and you cannot get it back. Make a backup.
