Viewing or Editing a Patronage Code

Use this job aid to view or edit a patronage code. Transactions accumulated from Inventory, and Commodity Accounting by patronage code. A patronage code can represent an Inventory product category, or a Commodity Accounting commodity code or discount code.

To view or edit a patronage code:

1. From the Toolbar, click PAT for Patronage.

2. From the Patronage menu, select Patronage Codes, and then select View/Edit Patronage Codes.

3. Select the transaction code you want to view or edit.

4. If you want to edit the information, type the new information in the available boxes.

5. Click OK.

6. Click Back.
