Setting up Regulatory - Edit

Overview

Use this job aid only if you interface with CDMS.  Use this job aid to define the number of copies, whether to print quantities for the batch or entire blend, whether to print the number of packages for the blend, how to print items without DOT information, and the printer for each report type.

Setting up regulatory:

  1. From the Toolbar, select AGY for AgroGuide.

  2. From the AgroGuide Menu, select Formulation Setup, and then select Regulatory - Edit.

    Type your drop-down text here.

  3. In the Workstation box, select the workstation you are setting the regulatory report print settings for.

  4. Click Mark All to mark all activity and regulatory documents for printing.

  5. Click Unmark All to unmark all activity and regulatory documents for printing.

  6. Mark the MSDS, WPS, Haz, and Label check boxes for each activity to print this information.

  7. Click the Activity for which you are setting up the defaults. 

  8. In the Copies box, type the default number of copies for each report.

  9. In the Printer box, click Lookup.

  10. In the Printer box, click the arrow, and then select the default printer.

  11. Click OK.

  12. Click OK.

  13. Repeat steps 8-15 for each Activity.

  14. Click OK.
