Com Port Selection [Quick Tip]

COM Port Selection How To:

1. Open One > select “Setup Information” > select “Connection Summary”

2. Select the scale > select “Edit”

3. Select the “More” button (…) next to the Communication Port field

4. Select which Com Port you want to use from the drop down under Com Settings

5. To see if data is flowing from the scale to the OneWeigh: select “Test” > select “Open Port”

• If data starts to flow across the screen, data is being received by the OneWeigh computer from the scale.

• If the screen remains blank, no data is being received by the OneWeigh computer from the scale.
